QaiMa

Free menu templates you edit online and download as a PDF

All 15 QaiMa menu templates are free to use. Pick one, replace the sample dishes with your own, and download a print-ready PDF at A4, A5, DL, square or trifold size, in English, Arabic or both. No design software, and no realigning prices by hand.

All free restaurant menu templates

Every template has its own page with all its pages, sizes and a 3D fold preview. They are grouped by cuisine on the menu templates page.

Menu price list templates

The classic price list, with dots running from each dish to a column of prices, suits long casual menus, cafeterias and takeaways where guests compare prices. These templates use that layout:

Free menu template or a Word or Google Docs file?

A Word or Docs menu template looks fine until the first price change. Everything on the page is a text box or a table cell, so a longer dish name pushes the price onto the next line, a new starter pushes everything below it off the page, and Arabic has to be lined up by hand. And neither is built to hand a print shop a file with bleed and crop marks.

If you only need a one-off event menu, a Word template is fine. For a restaurant menu that changes through the year, a menu maker saves that work every time.

Free menu template questions

Are these menu templates really free?

Yes. Every template, the print-ready PDF and the QR code menu are free while QaiMa is in early access. You can try a template without signing up; downloading the print file needs a free account, with no card details. The pricing page explains what is planned after early access.

Can I download a menu template in Word or Google Docs format?

No. The templates are edited online and exported as a PDF or a 300 dpi PNG. That is deliberate: in Word or Docs, every price change means realigning text by hand, while here the page reflows itself and the PDF comes out at exact print size with bleed.

Can I use the templates for my restaurant commercially?

Yes. You can use them to make menus for your own restaurants, cafés and venues, including printed and digital menus. You cannot resell the templates themselves.

Do the free templates work in Arabic?

Yes. Every template sets Arabic right to left with its own Arabic typeface, and prints in English only, Arabic only or both.

What sizes can I download?

A4, A5, DL (99 × 210 mm), square and trifold, each as an exact-size PDF with optional 3 mm bleed and crop marks, or a 300 dpi PNG.
