Arabic runs right-to-left,with a typeface matched to the design
Arabic is set right-to-left in an Arabic typeface chosen for each design, with the layout mirrored — not pasted in beside the English. Type or paste your Arabic once and it appears on the print file and the QR menu together. Print both languages on one page, or an Arabic edition and an English edition from the same menu.
QaiMa does not translate for you. You supply the Arabic; QaiMa sets it properly. Have someone who reads Arabic check your text once and it stays right on every reprint.

Is it really free?
Yes. QaiMa is in early access: every feature that is live is available on every account, with no card. The tiers on the pricing page are what we plan to charge once billing opens, and early-access restaurants will be told well before anything changes.
Do guests need an app?
No. The QR menu opens in the phone's browser. An order goes to your WhatsApp as a written message; you reply as you would to any customer.
Is the Arabic correct?
QaiMa sets the Arabic you give it: right-to-left, in an Arabic typeface matched to the design, with the layout mirrored. It does not translate for you, so have someone who reads Arabic check your text once. After that it stays correct on every reprint and on the QR menu.
Does it take orders?
A guest builds an order on the QR menu and sends it to your WhatsApp as a message with the table number. That is the whole mechanism: no payment is collected, nothing connects to a till or a POS, and you confirm the order in the chat as you would any other.
Do I have to be in Dubai?
No. QaiMa is built for restaurants across the UAE and the Gulf. Prices print in dirhams by default, the optional VAT line reads 5%, and any print shop that accepts a PDF can run the file.
Can I use my own printer?
Yes. The PDF is an exact A4, A5, DL, square or trifold sheet with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. Print it in the office for tonight and take the same file to a print shop when you want it on card.
