What does it cost right now?
Nothing. QaiMa is in early access while we onboard our first Dubai restaurants, so every feature that is live is free and no card is required. The plans below are what pricing will look like when billing opens; early-access restaurants will be told well before anything changes.
How does this compare with hiring a designer?
Design studios and freelancers in Dubai typically quote a few hundred to a few thousand dirhams for one menu, with revisions billed separately. The comparison that matters is annual: a restaurant that reprints four times a year pays for four engagements. A subscription covers unlimited changes and re-exports.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of UAE VAT at 5%, which will be added at checkout when billing opens. Note this is separate from the VAT note you can print on your own menu, which exists because displayed menu prices in the UAE are expected to be VAT-inclusive.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
The plan is annual billing at the price of ten months — two months free. Confirmed when billing opens.
Do you offer a done-for-you setup?
A one-time setup service is planned at AED 299, where we take your existing menu and build it out for you — categories, dishes, prices, Arabic and a template matched to your brand. If you want this now, get in touch while we are in early access.
What happens to my menus if I stop paying?
Your menu data stays yours. You can export a full JSON backup of any menu at any time, on any plan including the free one, so you are never locked in.
