Levantine grill
Warm and generous — dense mezze lists and family platters.

A Levantine menu is long. Thirty cold and hot mezze before anyone reaches the grill section is normal, and in a single column that turns into a wall of text. Beirut sets dishes two across in framed cards, so a big section stays scannable. Prices sit right after the dish name, section headings are boxed, and the page is warmed with a cream ground, a terracotta accent and a patterned tile strip. The headings are in Fraunces, a soft, generous serif that suits food meant for sharing.
Tajawal handles the Arabic: a clean, modern face that stays legible inside a small card, where a more decorative Arabic font would crowd the space.
Two A4 pages work well, mezze on one and grills and platters on the other. The trifold makes a good delivery menu. Every template exports as a print-ready PDF at exact size with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. The menu printing guide lists the specs your print shop will ask for, and menu sizes for printing compares the formats.
Publish a menu made with Beirut and it also becomes a QR code menu that keeps these colours and headings on a phone, with an Arabic and English switch and WhatsApp ordering. How the QR menu works.
